Debt Collectors

Ideal candidates must demonstrate knowledge of the credit industry and will be required to resolve disputes, track down skipped debtors, ensure promised payments are met and be successful in making lawful demand for payment.

As the telephone is the main method of contact a firm professional manner is required with a positive, tenacious attitude.

A background in credit control ideally working in debt collection is preferred however fast learners who possess the right attitude and a real desire to enter the credit industry are always encouraged.

Competent use of MS Word and touch typing will be required.

Remuneration is based on performance, attitude and results and will be discussed individually. Marshall Freeman encourages top performers and rewards accordingly.
